Δύο μικροκατοικίες και δύο πολυέπιπλα [2]

      Με στόχο την αλλαγή χρήσης και την αξιοποίηση κλειστών ιδιοκτησιών που χρησιμοποιούνταν στο παρελθόν ως εκπαιδευτήριο ξένων γλωσσών, προχωρήσαμε στη μελέτη εσωτερικού σχεδιασμού ενός ορόφου μιας τυπικής πολυκατοικίας στο κέντρο της Λάρισας. 

      Η συνένωση επιμέρους ιδιοκτησιών οδήγησε στη δημιουργία δύο αστικών μικροκατοικιών που ακολουθούν το πρότυπο της συγκέντρωσης ορισμένων βασικών λειτουργιών μέσα ή γύρω από μία χρωματιστή κατασκευή-πολυεπιπλο. 

       Στην εκδοχή της συγκεκριμένης μικροκατοικίας, τις βασικές συνθετικές αποφάσεις καθόρισε η επιδίωξη για διαμπερότητα στη νέα κατοικία. Έτσι αναπτύχθηκαν όλες οι ζώνες της κατοικίας γύρω από ένα πολυέπιπλο που βρίσκεται στον άξονα της κατοικίας και τη διατρέχει. Οι πιο ιδιωτικές λειτουργίες βρίσκονται πίσω από το χρωματιστό πολυέπιπλο, ενώ ο χώρος διημέρευσης βρίσκεται αντιμέτωπος με τη μπλε σύνθεση του πολυέπιπλου που αναπτύσσεται στον χώρο από τη μία πρόσοψη έως την άλλη. 

       Η υλικότητα και οι χρωματικές επιλογές έχουν σκοπό να τονίσουν την κατασκευή-πολυέπιπλο ως πρωτεύον στοιχείο στο συνθετικό ξεδίπλωμα των λειτουργιών. Στη ζώνη διημέρευσης κυριαρχεί η συνθετική λιτότητα, οι κρυφές λειτουργίες που αντανακλά το πολυέπιπλο στον ενιαίο χώρο και οι χρωματικές αντιθέσεις που υπάρχουν ανάμεσα στις δύο γραμμικές συνθέσεις από ξυλουργικά. Στους χώρους υγιεινής επιβάλλονται οι μονοχρωματικές επιφάνειες της πατητής τσιμεντοκονίας και του μπλε επίπλου, όπου αυτό έρχεται σε επαφή μαζί τους. 

      Οι σχεδιαστικές χειρονομίες προσπαθούν να ισορροπήσουν την ψυχολογία και συμπεριφορά του χρήστη ανάμεσα στην περιέργεια, την ανακάλυψη, την εσωστρέφεια και την εξωτερίκευση.

      With the aim of changing the use and reactivating vacant properties that were previously occupied by a foreign language school, the interior design study of a floor within a typical apartment building in the center of Larissa was undertaken.

      The consolidation of individual properties led to the creation of two urban micro-apartments based on the concept of concentrating key domestic functions within and around a colored multifunctional furniture structure.

      In this particular micro-apartment, the main design decisions were driven by the pursuit of spatial permeability throughout the new dwelling. As a result, all functional zones were organized around a multifunctional furniture structure positioned along the central axis of the apartment and extending through its entire length. The more private functions are located behind the colored structure, while the living area faces the blue composition of the multifunctional furniture element, which stretches from one façade to the other.

      Materiality and color choices were intended to emphasize the multifunctional furniture structure as the primary element in the spatial unfolding of the program. The living area is characterized by compositional simplicity, the concealed functions reflected by the furniture structure within the open-plan space, and the chromatic contrasts established between the two linear joinery compositions. In the sanitary spaces, monochromatic surfaces of polished cement plaster dominate, together with the blue furniture element where it comes into contact with them.

      Through these design gestures, the project seeks to balance the user's psychology and behavior between curiosity and discovery, introspection and extroversion.
