     Το συγκρότημα αποτελείται από δύο κτίρια πολυκατοικιών με υπόγειο και ισόγειο χώρο στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων. Στόχος του σχεδιασμού ήταν η κατασκευή ενός συγκροτήματος 23 κατοικιών διαφόρων επιφανειών, στο οποίο η οικοδομική επιφάνεια θα αξιοποιούνταν στο μέγιστο, ενώ ταυτόχρονα θα δημιουργούνταν ο μεγαλύτερος δυνατός κοινόχρηστος χώρος χαλάρωσης στο ισόγειο και θα εξασφαλιζόταν η δυνατότητα στάθμευσης 50 αυτοκινήτων στο συγκρότημα.

      The complex consists of two residential buildings with underground and ground floor parking for 50 cars. The aim of the design was the construction of a complex of 23 houses of various surfaces in which the building surface would be utilized to the maximum at the same time as the creation of the maximum shared relaxation space on the ground floor and the possibility to park 50 cars in the complex. Through the colored morphological elements on the balconies and the semi-outdoor spaces, the balance between privacy, shading and protection from the climatic conditions was attempted.
